What you get with Basic
- Your menu on the customer's phone, in your café's own brand: one scan of your QR, no app download
- Customer sign-up by phone number or email, verified, with consent; regulars are recognised
- Customers build, review and submit their own order
- Payment by card on the phone, or cash at the counter confirmed with a one-time code; nothing is prepared before it's paid
- Order board on any tablet: paid orders arrive by themselves, with daily numbers and Preparing / Ready / Seen columns
- Live order status and a full-screen “Ready” alert with sound
- Repeat reminders until the customer taps “Got it”; the board shows who has and hasn't seen their alert
